I'm glad I wrote it too, because I came around to not despising Keller so much in the course. Now, despite the canon ending, I'm going think of all of them being happy and John finding someone else, not pining alone the rest of his days.
I loved that Ronon and John switched roles with one another.
Last minute brainstorm after dossier said it needed more Ronon - which it did.
Actually the whole thing just developed off the cuff; it's not one of those stories where I plan out the plot action by action.
