springwoof: A cartoon rendition of a Woof (thanks)

somehow I missed this when you first wrote it, but I'm glad I finally caught up to it! I liked that you drew John as a "passive-aggressive asshole" because he so *can* be sometimes, but I also liked that you had Kim be amused by it and Rodney completely oblivious to it. Very clever characterizations.

I liked the marooned-on-planet-Nowhere scenes and John & Rodney's struggles to survive (and the fact that those struggles left permanent scars and effects later on).

What I most liked was that you didn't let them cheat on their spouses, even though the temptation was strongly there and their spouses would have forgiven and understood--and even though the spouses *themselves* had moved on. Cheating is this huge squick of mine, and I'm delighted to see a story where John & Rodney have too much respect for themselves, and honor and love for their spouses, to cheat. (and it was also cool to see that they could have an amazing, closer-than-close, warm and loving and supportive relationship without the sex)

Kudos to you also, for giving us a happy ending! thank you!
